Hello everyone-- I haven't been paying any attention to thess issues because I use F.F.3.6.14. Or at least I WAS until an automatic update upgraded me to F.F.3.6.15; then the audio got broken. So I decided that I might as well get on the bandwagon and followed the instructions for adding to my repositories so that I could upgrade to F.F.4.0 / Ubuntu 1.0. So I did all of that and now I have both audio AND video issues (gray &/or black boxes). May I trouble someone to provide a link to a troubleshooting guide? (I find it hard to believe that that I'm the only one that that has experienced these particular problems) --N.B. -- Please avoid sending me Word or PowerPoint attachments.
