The rest of your Ubuntu system will still be there. When you boot you will still have Win and Ubuntu. Choose Ubuntu, then at the *login* screen you will be able to choose which interface (classic or netbook) you wish to use today. You can switch between them just by logging out and in again and all your existing apps and data will not be affected.
