I think compiz is causing the warning pop ups on my machine to be practicly<br>

find the settign to chnage this?<font color="#888888"><br></font></blockquote><div><br>If you haven't already 'sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager'. If you have, then, System ->Preferences->CompizConfig Settings Manager. Warning: you can change pretty much everything to do with compositing here, to the point of making things unusable, keep notes on what you change.<br>
