I'm teaching a systems programming course, and for one of my demos it would be most convenient to run on a uniprocessor.<br>These are hard to come by these days.<br><br>Can I get Ubuntu to run correctly with only one processor?  Is it good enough to recompile a non-SMP kernel?  Is there<br>
