Pardon, I expect this is an RTFM question, but how do I upgrade from the<br>
CLI? Perhaps I have a setting somewhere preventing the upgrade from<br>

FWIW, I did actually read the man page and tried a few other options as<br>
well, such as full-upgrade with similar results. Individual packages do<br>
update, just not the "system" (?). The kernel updated just the other<br>
day, for example.<br>
