Are running gparted on a installed system? First you need to umount the partition what you want to add that unallocated space. So if this partition is your /home i advise you to boot from a liveCD. <div class="gmail_quote"> 2010/2/22 Karl F. There is a /dev/hda13 which is my Lucid software and it had too much space, 20 GB. So I used Gparted and resized it to 10 GB ( it takes 5 GB now). So now I have 2 unallocated listings since I got the 10 GB from /dev/sda13 and it is 10 GB. The last listing is unallocated 30 GB.
