I would recommend using Synaptic. Shortly after you bring up Synaptic, it should tell you if you have any broken packages in the status bar at the bottom of the window; even if it shows 0, I would still go in on one of the menu drop-downs and select "fix packages." Then do a search on Wine to find the package(s) including Wine Doors and do one of two things, if they are shown installed, click on re-install or just install. Synaptic is very good at resolving dependencies and will ask you if adding packages to fixe dependencies is okay.
