Good luck with it. I always love it when people see me do something
with my cameras or computer and assume I am an expert.

Hi, Patton,
many thanks,
tried the camera on my sister's laptop, which was having probs (Vista) no joy, plugged it into mine (Ubuntu 9.04) was a breeze.
Not even necessary to re-name files (MOD) to mpg, drag and dropped files straight from camera, and Kino imported them as is.
Made up dvd iso with devede.

Again thanks, am suggesting to her she "Reads the manual" and tries it herself next time, just so time consuming.
Take Care
Winton
