Do to my borking a system, I had to re-install 9.04. I had no problems
with that. I added Medibunu to the repositories and grabbed the codecs
recommended at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Medibuntu.
My problem is that I can't play shows from Hulu or Fancast. You tube
does work. I used Hulu extensively before I had to re-build; Fancast
not so much.
Bottom line is that these sites used to work; now they don't.
As you have in the past, can anyone rescue me?

My system is still borked. I've marked all the shock-wave packages that I
could find in the repositories and installed them. There's obviously
something wrong, but I can't figure out what it is.Perhaps I'm looking
with the wrong search terms.

Maybe they are conflicting with each other I had trouble seeing content
on the internet. When it told me I needed a pluggin I chose all three
options it gave me. I had to remove all of them, and the next time
firefox told me it needed a pluggin I used only adobe flash player.
After that I didn't have any problems.
