alt+[left click] any where on the offending window.<br>

Your mouse arrow should change to a gripped hand and allow you to move<br>
the window up and expose the apply/close button.<br>

label covering the upper left corner of the screen, will probably have to reboot to get it<br>to go away.<br><br>Is there some documentation, a wiki page or something, with hints on Living with a 10"<br>screen.<br><br>
