Here how to install Lynx:<br>

sudo apt-get install lynx<br>

Then when you want to browse a particular website, at the command
prompt type: lynx <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="http://www.usatoday.com">www.usatoday.com</a> (or whatever the name of the website
you want to use).<br>
