Yes, I was hoping someone knew of a way around this. I'm disappointed
there's no way to tell when a file was created. I realize there are
many ways to interpret "creation date" but any one of them is usually
better than nothing.<br>

In my case I wanted to know if a file had been created by me (and
forgotten) or caused to be created by my actions.<br>
It was an fstab file.<br>
