Appears like some unsupported hardware issue that can be overcome. In your BIOS setup try disabling all intergrated features ,like sound,network,acpi after loading "failsafe" defaults. Oh and disable "PLUGNPLAY OS" too. This ensures there are no Windows only conflicts.
