<P><FONT size=2>What is the easiest way to install Hardy on a separate partion?<BR><BR>Here is the situation:<BR><BR>> and pointing root back to his gutsy sdb1:<BR><BR>sudo grub<BR>grub> root (hd1,0)<BR>grub> setup (hd0)<BR>grub> quit<BR>Reboot (to hard drive).<BR></FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=2>And idea : could be a program to automatically do this with a script from a backup grub configuration file ? (when installing, Ubuntu would backup the configuration file - optionally and preferly to more than one place: USb keydrive, floppy, second hard disk...- so it can be used when rolling-back / restoring ).</FONT></P><FONT size=2></FONT></DIV>
