But please keep in mind that the fonts placed in ~/.fonts are unusable for other users... BR /Johan -- The other thing to do is refresh the font cache when this is done - sudo fc-cache -f -v I've noticed that some fonts are instantly accessible - others are not. YMMV. I downloaded some tf fonts into /home/downloads/.fonts and I have done everything I can do to copy them into the suggested directory but I'm not allowed to paste them there.
