<br> /dev/sda6 464M 421M 19M 96% /tmp<br><br></blockquote></div>Hi,<br>df will report the filesystem usage in this case of sda6 not of just the /tmp directory.<br>The size of the tmp directory will change size while the machine is in use as its where temporary files are stored and is cleared out usually upon reboot.
