Hello all,

I'm wondering if there is a binary Xen package on Ubuntu Gutsy Beta AMD64 similar to the Debian Etch's xen-linux-system-2.6.18-xen-amd64 <
http://packages.debian.org/etch/xen-linux-system-2.6.18-5-xen-amd64>. Basically, I want to make my Ubuntu Gutsy Beta AMD64 a host OS (or dom0) for other GNU/Linux distributions and MS Windows XP (as domUs) but retaining the support of all the hardware components that I have on my machine and proprietary packages installed like the NVidia driver, etc.

I searched the repositories and found the following packages:

# apt-cache search xen | grep linux
linux-headers-2.6.22-12-xen - Linux kernel headers for version 2.6.22 on This kernel can be used for Xen dom0 and domU
linux-backports-modules-xen - Backported drivers for Xen kernel image
linux-headers-xen - Linux kernel headers on Xen
linux-image-2.6.22-12-xen - Linux kernel image for version 2.6.22 on This kernel can be used for Xen dom0 and domU
linux-image-xen - Linux kernel image on Xen
linux-ubuntu-modules-2.6.22-12-xen - Ubuntu supplied Linux modules for version 2.6.22 on x86
linux-restricted-modules-2.6.22-12-xen - Non-free Linux 2.6.22 modules on Xen
linux-restricted-modules-xen - Restricted Linux modules on Xen
linux-xen - Complete Linux kernel on Xen

Please advice. I'm not sure what to install among the Xen related packages listed above. As what I've said, in Debian Etch, there is the
xen-linux-system-2.6.18-xen-amd64 package and everything needed to run Xen dom0 and domUs will be installed.

Thank you in advance.

GNUbie
