Hi Tomoki, We have an EVA 3000 connected to two HP Blade Enclosures, one filled with BL20 and the other with BL25. While I can't help you with the Ubuntu support (since we haven't tested it) I can tell you that it works right out of the box with VMWare ESX server, which, if I'm not wrong, is based in Red Hat Linux, so there are good chances that it actually works with Ubuntu as well. I'll test Ubuntu if I get the chance now when there isn't so much work in summer....
