Hello all,

I wanted to have all of the programs open in the workspaces/places I had them in when I logged out each time I logged in. So I selected the Automatically save changes to session option under Preferences->Sessions->Session Options, opened some windows and logged out to test the feature. When I logged back in, a number of bizarre things started happening. The windows had no toolbars/borders anymore, all windows opened at the top left of the screen, lots of keyboard shortcuts (like the ones to move windows around, resize them, open the system menu, etc.) were no longer working, and a nautilus window showing my home folder opened up each time I logged in. After unchecking the Automatically save changes to session option in hopes of reversing this disaster and logging out and in, the undesired behavior continues.

Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks in advance,

Danny
