<div>I am writting you from a dual boot machine with Ubuntu and Vista. Grub was installed without any trouble and it works as advertised. When I first booted Vista after that, it did offer an option to "fix" the way Windows booted. I declined the "fix" and have not seen the dialog box since.

<br><br>Based on my experience w/RC2 - getting Vista to dual boot ANYTHING was<br>impossible.<br><br>That may not be the case now with the official releases - but I would<br>still be weary.<br><br>If you absolutely MUST have Windows and not the hardware to run Vista
<br>w/Aero - then install something like XP or even W2K.<br><br>Vista is just too new to be trying things like dual booting. If you<br>simply must - not only frequent Linux lists and forums, but it might be<br>worth it to visit a few Windows forums.
