Please insert an empty disk and try again."<br><br>In fact, the loaded disk *is* empty (I tried with 2 separate empty disks, and on two separate burners -- the system identifies the disks as blank beforehand). I am running WinXP home. Not being sure whether I had the latest Microsoft Windows Media<br>Format 9.0 Update, I downloaded it and installed it as suggested before installing CDBurner.
