<FONT COLOR="#000000">I can't answer to the spamassasin question, but for keeping track of </FONT>
<FONT COLOR="#000000">stuff installed from source, I've always seen 'checkinstall' </FONT>
<FONT COLOR="#000000">recommended, as it creates a record so that the program can be </FONT>
<FONT COLOR="#000000">uninstalled using apt/synaptic later if need arises. This integrates </FONT>
<FONT COLOR="#000000">slightly better with the Ubuntu system.</FONT>

What I'm saying is to create, a debian file if this doesn't exist, and this should installed and they can create their own repo for the files. Only this and the file is checked to be in conformity with the standards. I will give a look at checkinstall.<BR>
