<div>Are you sure you are using the right qtconfig? qtconfig is the qt4 tool, while qt3config is the qt3 tool. You could also look for the configuration files (in ~/.qt, I think) and see if qtcurve is selected as the theme. I'm not on my own machine right now, so I don't know the exact file.
