If the manual network config didn't work, try to enable it on the GUI.<br>
Then ping your localhost. It should work. 5.10 is an upgrade over 5.04
so<br>
no need to downgrade. And there is no need to go back to Red Hat 7.3
either.<br>
Tackle this through.<br>

wanted... networking still broke, thunderbird is not there, and some

least it was working except for supporting a new HP PSC1610 printer I
purchased. That was the reason for the move to 5.10, it was suggested
that perhaps it would be easier to debug the problem.</font></div>
