This is, bluntly put, wrong-headed. Can only gourmet chefs tell the difference between a properly-served fois gras and a spoiled one? The proper rejoinder isn't "unless you can code" but rather "unless you can find an OS without security holes, shut up". And, of course, this means that the answer is the same -- because as far as I can tell the only OS that is secure is one that's on a computer that is powered-off and has had its CPU removed for extra security.
