I have a system running Warty.MY system has an Nvidia card that warty does not configure by default.So I have installed the nvidia-glx driver.Now the gui works.But the driver is not very good because each time I logout the screen becomes full of lines that looks awful.Even when I login sometimes the wallpaper has lines and if I press Clean up by Name the lines increase. Will this problem be solved if I install the latest drivers.If so Where do I find it.I have to download it on a windows machine that has internet configured and then transfer it to my system and install manually using dpkg.
