I followed the grub manual documentation for boot cd without success. I am still puzzled why I can't get the dual boot to work as expected. I may give a complete rundown of my setup (parititioning etc) for people to have a look at. I'm wondering if there's a better place to ask the question since it is really a grub/xp/linux problem and not really ubuntu specific. Any suggestions for a more appropriate forum or mailing list? RQ
