While I can't help you with your problem, I am very interested in a
solution. I have a G4 ibook and this is one of the things I need if I am
to remove Mac OS X from my drive.
Is there a possibility of having a PPC mailing list for ubuntu
users/devs ??? PPC seems to get lost in all the noise and questions like
this aren't easily answered on debian ppc due to the different X server
used.
