A while ago I used Geany and liked it. If I recall correctly the problem
I had with it was using split windows. I could open a second screen but
if I made any changes in that screen I could not save it. If my
recollection is correct has that ability been added?
Right now I am taking a programming course that almost requires I use
Pycharm. I have tried it in the past and thought it was too heavy for
my simple needs. After using it for a while now I am getting more
comfortable with it but I am unsure if I will keep using it once the
course ends.
