/run/initramfs/fsck-root

Where or how do I set this file ???
I want the root FS to be checked on boot

This is in my syslog
 kernel: systemd[1]: systemd-fsck-root.service - File System Check on Root
Device was skipped because of an unmet condition check
(ConditionPathExists=!/run/initramfs/fsck-root).

I dont want to skip.
