After clicking print and processing pages.. it just stops

After looking through the error logs - which have nothing - I rebooted, 
rebooted my printer, checked its log.. then tried again. In print queue it 
says processing ..2...3.. 50 etc and at the end it says processing complete 
and goes away - the printer turns on, spools like its going to print .. no 
data that I can see is sent to the printer. It just stays in ready mode.  
Next I tried to print just one page - now it will not print any pages from 
my computer. In the middle of all of this my wife prints a page she needs - 
came in and printed right away.
