I don't know what that is meant to mean, but it comes across as very rude.

I very badly damaged my right arm in a road accident last year.
Luckily I lived and a skilled surgical team saved the arm and I have
limited use of it. I can type. But I couldn't for some months, and I
spent a lot of time and effort investigating speech control, dictation
and so on.

I promise you I know a lot more about this area than you do, and I am
also a professional Linux industry professional for some 30 years now.
When I tell you Linux is the wrong platform, I know what I am talking
about.

If you even try, you will fail, you will be disappointed, you will put
your disabled neighbour through a very frustrating and bad experience
for nothing, and at the end all you will have achieve is wasted time
and effort.

A decade-old MacBook or Mac Mini will do this out of the box, as
standard, and it will do it better than Linux ever will if you spend a
year on it.
