ESM / Ubuntu Pro

Hi All

I had an ESM subscription (for IIRC 5 PC's) on 18.04 (Unity) box that has been 
upgraded a few times to 24.04 each time ESM (and later Ubuntu Pro) seemd to 
move on with no errors

Just upgraded to 24.10 now when I do 

sudo update && sudo full-upgrade, most goes well but then

pointers please, is this a temp problem or has something go wrong??
