You can easily get them when configuring Framework laptops
(https://frame.work/gb/en/products/ethernet-expansion-card?v=FRACCTBZ00),
and since Framework expansion cards are basically just USB-C adapters in
a form factor that fits nicely into their chassis, you can probably use
them with other machines too.
