That looks pretty straight-forward, I'll gather some 16G sticks if I can
today. Thank you.
I already have experience using armbian jammy and noble on bananapi-m5's
to run multiple 3d printers. So I am hoping this will be similar. There
is another app I'm deep into, linuxcnc, and I hope to be able to get a
network running with everything just working like it did with Wheezy.
But that I'll likely build from src.
Debian and cups has slowly destroyed network printer sharing. Rather
vital to my thinking processes at my age. In addition to a roomful of 3d
printers I've rebuilt, 10x faster than OOTB, there are 3 cnc'd lathes
and mills that need an update, and bookworm is an efing disaster
everyplace but the rpi4 running my bigger WW-II vintage Sheldon 11x54. I
did that just to see if I could with amazing results.
What is your policy on posting pix of ones work? Do you have a forum on
discord?
Thank you.
Cheers, Gene Heskett, CET.
