Can't install emacs on freshly installed ubuntu-24.04.1-live-server-amd64.iso

I forgot to add in my previous post that these packages have versions 
that are present in 22.04 (1:27.1) but not 24.04 (1:29.3) so I'd also 
check your repo list to make sure there aren't lingering jammy repos 
present.
