Hi,
using gparted is probably safer, than using command line with any
presumed settings that deviate from the defaults.
What options do you have in mind for creating a FAT32 partition? AFAIK
no options are available.
I suspect that almost all users keep the default settings for inodes and
reserved blocks for the superuser even when formatting an ext4 partition
via command line, despite the assumption that for very large modern
drives too much space for inodes and too many percent of blocks for the
superuser are reserved by the default settings.
