24.04: won't wake up from power-save/power-down

INstall is based on server-installer because this image can be preseeded to do
a (mostly) automatic install. Part of the auto-install is to apt-install
ubuntu-desktop and similar packages to get a full desktop environment.

Where can I find a page explaining which packages are needed to properly
support power management?
