It never changes your mirror, it *adds* an additional archive that is
un-mirrored (esm.ubuntu.com), none of your apt policy outputs show any
packages available in esm.ubuntu.com but all point to mirror.enzu.com
which seems to be an outdated mirror, Ubuntu PRO has nothing to do with
this ...
