Live patch on AWS

It is a common misconception that live-patch completely prevents you
from ever rebooting ... the way livepatch works is that it provides the
fixes like a module you load over the existing running kernel ... once
these changes actually land in the kernel itself, you should reboot to
not have them "sideloaded" 

it is indeed less critical to do that reboot because the fixes are
there "somehow", but the packaging system will still remind you that
you should eventually reboot to have them fully integrated in the
kernel binary itself.

beyond this, there are plenty of userspace pieces that will ask for a
reboot as well ... systemd, udev, dbus and other server pieces might
trigger this message too ...
