Thanks Colin 

This js an issue. Like i mentioned.  End users are not wanting to open firewalls or make exceptions to their setups. So i cant keep the server patched because its going outside the US!  So this is seamingly a huge issue 

How can i keep the update downloads in the usa so firewalls are happy ?
