That IP address actually maps to banjo.canonical.com ... so it's a 
legitimate IP address.

us.archive.ubuntu.com is actually 91.189.91.81

So the behavior you are seeing is probably expected... and you need to 
configure your firewall to let all ubuntu.com IP addresses to go 
through... including 91.189.91.81 and 91.189.91.38.

In fact the whole address block: 91.189.91.0/255 belongs to Canonical. 
You probably want to let it all go through...
