Dell bios stops install from usb

Dear Ubuntu community

My Dell Latitude 5310 2in1 has updated their bios and does not allow for install from usb anymore as it did when I got it a few years ago.

 Have no idea how to reinstall any Linux distro now.

Any ideas on what I must do?
