The VirtualBox packages in Ubuntu are frozen at the versions they
were at on release:
https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=virtualbox
You can use the appropriate .deb file from here to run an updated
version of VirtualBox:
https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Linux_Downloads
That page also offers a PPA for Jammy, but not for Noble. It's
possible there is one for Noble and the documentation on that page
hasn't yet been updated. I prefer the .deb file over the PPA, so my
exploration stopped there.
