Kernel release schedule

Is there a schedule for LTS kernel release or are they released as updates
become available. We are trying to work our a patch schedule for our own
systems and are trying to incorporate the latest available kernel version.

Looking online I didn't find any references to a schedule.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
