My $.01 on this...
Since moving to the .deb version I think it is slightly faster but its lost
some immediate usefulness. YT videos now are all blocked - they
werent / are not on the snaps version. I use their built in checker 
for fake reviews on Amazon, etc and that is not included yet in the
deb version.  Ill give it a few days but then Ill be going back to snaps
version until they have it working better.
