Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and ZFS corruption bug state

Hi list,
I'm searching for information about ZFS corruption bug on Ubuntu 22.04 
LTS. Reading from 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jammy/+source/zfs-linux/+bug/2044657 
it seems confirmed but not fixed.
On that page for 22.04 is reported:

"For jammy the 2.1.14 upgrade will bring HWE kernel support and also 
compatiblity/support for hardened kernel builds that mitigate SLS 
(straight-line-speculation)"

but nothing more.

The HWE kernel is already released with the 2.1.14 upgrade? How I can 
check this?
