possible long shot --- react/vite/apache2

Anyone set this up for grins/testing!

I'm looking at testing a github app and through I'd ask here for any
pointers prior to diving in.

ps. Basically, I'll set up whatever the "env" has to be, as well as
the dir structure. But I'm not sure if things can be built in sep
dir(s), and then the proj dir(s) copied to the apache tree, and the
virthost then created for the test.
