firewalld on 22.04 and ksoftirq high

I have a firewall that has 55539 lines
I have ksoftirq that is running 99%
I saw articles that lead me to believe its because of firewalld and taking
too long there....

Is there a way to say my local address network - like 10.10.10.X/24 is ALL
OK - SKIP the DENY in the firewalld - and allow this address ??

So it processes "is this a valid" know good address - quickly - before
going through all the 55K lines to say the address is Ok.
