cannot install unetbootin

It seems very difficult to install unetbootin, so I'm looking at Ventoy. 
Ventoy seems very odd.

I'm trying to install Windows 10 and have the ISO, but am finding out that 
Windows ISO's are a bit different from Linux ISO's.


What might be the quickest, easiest, or simplest way to do this?  I'm in 
quite a hurry and Ventoy is just confusing me at this point.  Unetbootin 
worked fine for me, but it has unmet dependencies.
